CMS Cost-Data Collection

CMS Cost-Data Collection

Were you selected for Medicare Cost-Data Collection?

Let our attorneys help you through the process.

Starting in 2020, CMS is requiring EMS agencies to provide information regarding costs, utilization, revenue, and other service characteristics. Agencies have been randomly selected for 2020, and over the next four years of the program, CMS will require reporting from all Medicare-participating EMS providers.

If you do not provide CMS with the information required, your agency will have your Medicare reimbursement reduced by TEN PERCENT for one year!

To help our clients, we have partnered with the American Ambulance Association to provide discounted access to the AMBER Cost-Data Collection platform. We are bundling this access with one-year of flat-fee legal advice on the cost-collection process.

Our Medicare Cost-Data Collection program includes:

  • AMBER Cost Collection Software
  • Flat-Fee Legal Advice on Cost-Data
  • Cost-Data Collection Webinar
  • Discounts on Live Seminars

Cost:

  • $2,500 Annual Legal Fees, plus $0.18 per transport
    • 25% discount from AAA Rate
    • $750 minimum

For more information about this program, please call (732) 806-1395 or emailĀ info@keavneystreger.com.
