New Jersey EMS Data Collection Law

On July 21, 2017, the State of New Jersey passed Senate Bill 5 / Assembly Bill 4925. This new law applies to ALL Emergency Medical Service providers in the State, including both paid and volunteer departments, regardless of whether or not they are licensed by the Office of EMS.

To assist the EMS community in becoming compliant with this law, Keavney & Streger has partnered with XPAN Law Group to provide education and resources for NEMSIS data collection, HIPAA compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
